Please complete the check-out form available on this page. In order to process your check-out, inspect your room, and organise the refund of your damage deposit, we must receive the completed form provided on this page.

On the day of check-out, you are required to vacate your room no later than 10:00am. A late check-out may be offered for a fee of €20.00 until 2:00pm, subject to availability and the reasonable turnover of the room for the next guest. All late check-out requests must be sent to [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by a member of our team.
KEYS:
You may leave your keys on the bed for collection. Please be aware that if keys are not returned, the replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit.
BEDROOM AND COMMON AREAS:
We kindly ask you to remove all personal belongings from your bedroom and place the bed sheets into a plastic bag. You will also need to empty all bathrooms, the living room, and the kitchen, ensuring that all your food is removed from the kitchen cupboards, fridge, and freezer. The bedroom and common areas must be left clean and tidy.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
Your deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 3 weeks from your check-out date, provided the accommodation is left in good condition. The deposit will be refunded directly to the credit card originally used for payment. Only if you paid your deposit by bank transfer or PayPal will you need to email us to both these emails: ([email protected] / [email protected] ) your bank details (IBAN, BIC, Account Holder Name, and Bank Name) so that we can process the transfer.
CHECK-OUT FEE:
A €75 check-out fee will be deducted from your initial deposit.
POST:
Please arrange a change of address as soon as possible, as we will only keep your post for a maximum period of 30 days from your check-out date.
